such as dollar per square foot values, any pertaining tenant
issues, and consumer confidence will be key to pricing your
condo right - from the start. If you choose to hire me as
your Realtor the next step would be to review the listing
agreement. The contract itemizes such things as asking price,
the time frame to sell and the amount of commission owed upon
a firm sale. We'll take the time to review it carefully. Once
the contract is signed we're on our way! The first week is
without a doubt the most significant. Improper marketing or
starting with the "wrong" asking price will position
you out of the market and greatly reduce the probability of
being noticed by the most qualified Buyer at that time. Throughout
the duration of the listing I will personally update you on
a weekly basis, always aiming to keep you and your condo one
step ahead of the competition.
Once an offer is negotiated and a deal is in place there's
no guarantee it will stay in place. Very often complications
do arise and your only protection is to have experience on
your side. I work closely with all parties involved to ensure
any surprises that pop up are resolved as quickly as possible.
